Adding Custom HTML Items

BeyondPress lets you add HTML items to Web pages. There are seven default HTML items in the HTML pane of the Elements palette: Horizontal Rule, Line Break, Paragraph Return, Space, Date, Time, and Margin Reset. These are your default Master Elements.

BeyondPress lets you create Custom Elements, which are HTML items created for one-time use. You can also create new Master Elements from Custom Elements you plan to use again and add them to the above list of Master Elements.

You create Custom and Master Elements in the HTML pane of the Elements palette.

Custom and/or Master Elements can be:

* New HTML tags or attributes.

* Headers and footers which contain text or a combination of HTML, text, and images.

* Meta tags for search engines.

* HTML tables or other items which you use more than once.
