Each paragraph should be a short line (for example, a range of numbers). Directory lists are an outdated form of HTML. Check a specific browser's support for Directory lists before using them. 3 If you choose Ordered or Unordered, you can choose a Level. The Level roughly corresponds to the number of inches the text is indented from the left margin. 4 If you choose Ordered, you can choose a number style from the Dingbat pop-up menu. If you choose Unordered, you can choose a bullet style from the Dingbat pop-up menu. 5 To remove any tabs, numbers, bullets, or other characters preceding the text in a list, check Strip Leading Characters. Note: Uncheck Strip Leading Characters if the text you're converting to a list isn't preceded by tabs, numbers, bullets, etc. If you don't, parts of words may be cut off in the converted text. 6 Click OK to close BeyondPress Preferences.
